Ume no Yu Resort is currently recruiting room cleaning staff and accommodation operations staff.
We operate the "Ume no Yu Series" and "The Sound Crest Series" of detached, individual accommodations, primarily in Dazaifu City and Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
The hospitality industry is not simply about providing rooms.
This is a fascinating job that allows you to make time spent with family, friends, and loved ones even more special, providing experiences that will become lifelong memories.

Job Openings

~Room Cleaning Staff~

Cleaning of accommodations, bed making, replenishment of amenities, etc.

Hourly wage 1200 yen (weekdays)
Hourly wage: 1500 yen and up (weekends and holidays)
Transportation expenses provided
Working hours: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM (approximately 4 hours)
Shift work

• Work available 2 days a week or more • Approximately 4 hours a day • No experience necessary • Housewives/househusbands welcome • Part-time/second job welcome • Work location: Dazaifu area and Fukuoka city • Commuting by car is OK

Area front staff, manager candidates
Full-time employees and contract workers: Salary 250,000 to 400,000 yen

• Guest support ・Responding to phone calls, emails, and messages ・Assisting guests in English or Chinese ・Supporting check-in and check-out ・Coordinating with cleaning staff ・Managing and ordering supplies ・Managing OTA ( Booking.com , Airbnb, etc.) reservations ・Managing reviews ・Patrolling the facility and responding to on-site inquiries ・Proposing operational improvements ■ Working days Approximately 5 days a week ■ Working hours Basically 8 hours a day ■ Application requirements ・Ability to hold daily conversations in English or Chinese ・Basic computer skills ・Valid driver's license ■ Preferred qualifications ・Experience working in a hotel ・Experience managing accommodation facilities ・Experience dealing with foreign guests ・Experience in the tourism industry ・Experience managing social media Those who can speak English or Chinese are especially welcome.
